We’ve got pumpkins, parties, zombies and LOTS of candy in the lineup for October 2018 in St. Pete Beach. Fall has officially begun, and but that doesn’t mean you can’t relax by the beach, and it’s a nice, uncrowded time of year to be here at the Alden. This October in St. Pete Beach we’re looking forward to a ton of fun fall events, not to mention Halloween activities. Movies, haunted houses, art festivals, and are just a few of the great St. Pete Beach things to do this October. Get out your calendars and make some plans for fall fun at the Alden!

The Clearwater Chalk Art Festival brings local and regional artists, students and artist groups to transform the beach’s sidewalks into spectacular larger-than-life canvases. Make sure to stop by and get a rare glimpse into the way art is produced in all stages of the process.
Cooters 25th Annual Stone Crab Fest
Each year, Cooters Restaurant & Bar on Clearwater Beach hosts a huge four-day party to celebrate the opening of stone crab season! The party features fresh Florida stone crab, king crab, snow crab, and Dungeness crab all at deeply discounted prices. This year’s Crab Fest will kick off October 25 at 4 p.m. and runs through Sunday, October 28 at 8 p.m. (or until they run out!)
St. Pete Beach is the place to be for cool events and sunny days this October. We hope you’ll make plans to join us here at Alden Suites very soon!
