May 3rd

Movies in the Park

Preserve the ‘Burg presents Movies in the Park: “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner?”, Thursday, May 3rd. This is a free, outdoor, family friendly event anyone can attend that starts at 7pm. There will be a variety of food and beverage vendors, but you’re welcome to bring a picnic with a chair or blanket.

May 4th

Clearwater Beach Taste Fest 

The 9th Annual Clearwater Beach Taste Fest will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM). The festival will be held at Pier 60 Park and features over 30 participating restaurants, wine & craft beer, and live entertainment. In true Taste Fest tradition, they’ll boast exquisite raffle items, a live auction, vendors and more!

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Braves

 

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Braves 7:10pm at the Tropicana Stadium. An exciting and family-friendly sporting event with two of the strongest teams of the season facing off right here in Tampa Bay!

May 11th

Friday Night Clay at Morean Center for Clay

Friday Night Clay at Morean Center for Clay, May. 11, 2018. Bring a towel, a favorite beverage, your date, and some friends and prepare to get dirty during 2 hours of wheel throwing and hand sculpting clay. St. Pete Beach Beer Festival

 

St. Pete Beach Beer Festival has over 50 beers to sample, from National and Local craft breweries, with live music and food vendors all set alongside the water. Admission ranges from $30 – $55 and includes a commemorative Craft Beer Festival tasting cup, complimentary valet parking, water, and music.

May 13th

Mother’s Day Yacht StarShip Cruise in Clearwater

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a leisurely 2.5 hr daytime yacht cruise along Florida’s beautiful inland waters. The cruise includes entertainment and a 3-course sit-down luncheon. Boarding at 12:00 pm; Departing at 12:30 pm from 25 Causeway Blvd. Slip #152, Clearwater Beach.

May 19th

Night in the Islands – Tarpon Springs

Night in the Islands – Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks presents music, dancing and some of the finest Greek food outside of Athens 6-11pm. Reserve a table and don’t miss the free dancing lessons 6-7pm.

May 22nd

AAC Baseball Championship

The 2018 American Athletic Conference Baseball Championship presented by Visit St. Pete/Clearwater will take place May 22 – 27th The winner receives the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division Baseball Championship each season. Be sure to catch family friendly sports tournament at the Spectrum field.

May 28th

The 97X BBQ Music & Arts Festival

 

The 97X BBQ Music & Arts Festival is biggest show of the summer featuring Dirty Heads, Awolnation, Judah & The Lion, AJR and more!  Saturday, May 26th in beautiful Vinoy Park in downtown St. Petersburg there will be live music acts, contests and food and beverage vendors.
